Holidays & Vacation
I observe major U.S. holidays and take occasional planned vacations throughout the year. Notice will be given in advance for any time off that may affect project timelines. Please plan accordingly, as I do not work during holidays or while on vacation. I am not available on weekends so all communication will resume on next business day. Work life Balance is IMPORTANT.

Sample Handling & Pickups
I require access to sample references for 1–2 weeks (or less), I will let you know when they’re ready for pick up. Once our project is complete and the contract has ended, you’ll be notified to pick up any remaining materials. I do not store client items beyond this point. It is your responsibility to coordinate both drop-off and pickup of all physical samples.
Personal Samples
All samples must be clean and/or new. Dirty samples will be rejected.
NDA-Friendly
I’m happy to sign NDAs. I’ve worked with celebrities, stylists, and indie labels — and I bring the same level of professionalism to every project, big or small.
Accountability Matters
If you’re not ready to show up, follow through, or meet deadlines, this may not be the right working relationship. I value transparency, clarity, and momentum — and I love collaborating with designers who feel the same.
Privacy
We will never share or sell your work or personal information. Your trust is important to us, and we are committed to protecting your privacy.
Communication & Deadlines
Clear, ongoing communication is key to a successful collaboration. If communication stops without explanation (ghosting), the project will be considered abandoned, and our contract will be terminated.
If I am unable to meet your deadline due to unforeseen circumstances, I will let you know as soon as possible. We can reschedule or adjust the timeline if there is a legitimate emergency on either side —
I’m always open to flexibility when communicated respectfully.
Contract Termination & Property Pickup
If the contract is terminated for any reason, you will have 7 days to arrange pickup of all personal belongings and physical samples. After that time, I cannot guarantee storage or availability. I never keep, sell or store anyone’s property so it is your responsibility to make arrangements with me. If you are busy and out of town, you can send someone to pick them up or make arrangements with a delivery company to ship out to your business or home address.
